Bicoastal Media LLC., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the “Company”), will conduct the Promotion substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

  1. Description of Promotion/Participation.

1A. How to Enter:
Listen to participating radio Station each weekday during the Promotion Period for the on-air Promotion trigger announcement or for designated text to win code words.

1B. How to Play:
Listen Monday through Friday between 5AM – 5PM PST for daily text to qualify code words to be sent via text to 541-254-1101 for the chance to qualify for daily drawings. One (1) text qualifier will be selected daily.  In addition, listen Monday through Friday between 10AM – 7PM PST for the Promotion trigger to call in and qualify. The 10th caller to the Promotion line at 541-284-1101, will be qualified for the Grand Prize drawing. A total of five (5) text to qualify code words and forty-five (45) Promotion triggers will be played.

    • One (1) $300.00 VISA cash card for entertainment/dining

Total ARV of all Prizes: $1500.00.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Allegiant travel vouchers are valid for one year from date of issuance. All booking and related travel must take place within one year. Any unused portion will be forfeited. Any amounts over the value of the travel voucher will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Allegiant travel vouchers may only be redeemed at www.allegiant.com or by calling the Allegiant reservation center. Allegiant will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. The Prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Rules, and any such additional items or expenses, including, but not limited to, meals, gas, parking fees, insurance, tolls, beverages, activities, incidental hotel expenses, resort fees, transportation, including transportation to and from each airport, taxes and/or gratuities are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned. Only listed prizes will be awarded and no other prizing or substitutions will be made, except in the Company’s sole discretion. Allegiant will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, Allegiant travel vouchers, or certificates. All characteristics and features of the Prize(s) except as otherwise explicitly stated above are at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion. The Company reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from winner and guest who it deems, in its sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any policy or law, or may bring the Company into disrepute. If a Prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, the Company reserves the right to substitute such Prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value. Stated ARV is as of date of posting of these Official Rules. Actual value may vary. In the event actual value is less than the stated value, the difference will not be awarded. Arrangements for delivery of Prize will be made after winner validation.

Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. Prize is nontransferable.

  1. Additional Conditions for Travel Prize Winners: Allegiant is not responsible for flight cancellations, weather conditions, or accommodation requests or any other circumstance beyond its control, or for inability of winner to travel in accordance with these Official Rules. The Prize winner and winner’s guest are responsible (at his/her expense) for ensuring that he/she has a valid required travel documentation (e.g., a valid U.S. government issued passport, or a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real IDcompliant license or ID, as applicable). Winner and winner’s guest understand that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip. The Prize winner and guest must comply with all airline and security requirements. If the Prize includes accommodations, they will be standard accommodations at a location selected by the Company.     4.     Winner Determination and Entrant Verification: At the end of the Promotion Period, the Company will randomly select one (1) potential Prize winner from all eligible entries on or around each of the following dates:

  1. Eligibility and Limitations.
    Participants, winner(s) and guest(s) must be legal US residents at least 21-years old as determined by the Company and reside in the participating radio Station’s Total Survey Area (TSA). Winners are subject to a verification process to include winner’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, and date of birth. Winner must not have won a Station sponsored promotion or contest for a period of at least thirty (30) days prior to entering this Promotion. If a winner is disqualified, Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. Only one (1) entry per person. Only one (1) prize per household. Employees of the Company, the Promotion’s participating sponsors, prize sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
  2. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer.
    Participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment. Participants that enable the “Caller ID” block function will not be allowed to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telephone number if prompted, or disable the features inhibiting their participation in the Promotion. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company’s control, or otherwise. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Entries must be handwritten. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms is permitted. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.

7 Publicity; Use of Personal Information.
By participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this Promotion and other promotions or contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Promotion to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes on a worldwide basis in perpetuity.

  1. Release.
    By participating in the Promotion, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Promotion’s sponsors, prize sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Promotion, or from the use of any Prize. In order to receive a Prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.
  2. Taxes.
    Any valuation of the Prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any Prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Station will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
  3. Conduct and Decisions.
    By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Promotion and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Promotion is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Promotion, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
  4. Miscellaneous.
    Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the Prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Promotion at any time as announced on the Station(s). The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Promotion. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Station(s) and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.

    12. Compliance with Law.
    The conduct of the Promotion is governed by the applicable laws of the Unites States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Station(s) shall follow the applicable laws for conducting contests, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Promotion, etc. as required by local and state law.
