THE HOLIDAY TRADITION RETURNS!

For nearly 30 years, Lane County has started the holiday season by coming together to help families in need  – that’s why STUFF THE BUS was created – and your generosity has kept it going – and growing – year after year!  So whether 2024 is your first – or your 29th STB – we at US 101 – along with our partners at Lane Transit District – grately appreciate your continued support of Food for Lane County and Toys for Tots.  Here’s where you’ll find us the weekend of November 15th & 16th!

FRIDAY November 15th – 10am to 6pm – Olympic Street Walmart – Springfield

SATURDAY November 16th – 10am to 6pm – Green Acres Walmart – Eugene

As always, we’ll be accepting your generous donations of NON-PERISHIBLE food items and NEW, UNWRAPPED toys. When it comes to supporting those in need, FFLC and the Lane County Toys for Tots program are unparalled, so feel good knowing that thousands of families will have a happier and healthier Holiday Season thanks to YOU!

Wondering what items are best to bring to the bus?   When it comes to food, high-protein items like peanut butter, canned tuna, canned soups and stews and canned vegetables are a great place to start – Click for a pdf of MOST NEEDED ITEMS or support Food For Lane County through our secure giving link >>>HERE<<<

TALKING TOYS – while all new, unwrapped toys are gratefully accepted – older teens and infants are the age groups most commonly over-looked.   Early stage developemental  & educational toys and sporting goods, popular YA books and games and personal hygiene items are a great place to start.
